Yes and we have forced NATO to turn to Russia for a missile defense shield. We are disarming as the rest of the world is arming, but we will talk nice to them and make it all good. Meanwhile we turn down 5 requests from our long term ally England ( Brown) to meet with Obama. And Nero fiddled while Rome burned.
